Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SladArts.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new, unused, and original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@sladarts.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@sladarts.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please contact us and we will advise you on the best option.
